My name is Ciprian, and I am a civil engineer with a Master’s degree in building rehabilitation and maintenance. I am passionate about caring for the spaces where people live and work—making them more functional, durable, and enjoyable.

After 14 years working in building design and project planning, I decided to move away from the digital side of construction and focus on the real, physical spaces I had been designing for so long. I started as a freelancer, offering handyman services, small renovations, and property maintenance for private clients and businesses.

Over time, this developed into a broader vision: creating a reliable, full-service solution for space maintenance and improvement. This is how Innohabitat.dk was founded.

Today, Innohabitat is a Danish-registered company offering a wide range of services, including home maintenance, repairs, small renovations, roof and tile cleaning, terrace and pavement construction, furniture building, and office improvements. Depending on the project, I work independently or together with a network of trusted and skilled collaborators.

I believe that maintaining and improving a home or workspace does not have to be complicated—when you have one reliable partner who understands your needs and can take care of everything. My goal is to be that partner for you.
